Permokapar Insulating Interior Primer

Description

Permokapar Insulating Interior Primer, water-based white insulating interior primer. Can be used both for exterior and interior works. Recommended to use when changing from one colour to another. Prepares a strong base for the last layer of paint applied to mineral surfaces. Filling voids, reduces the number of consumables. Leaves a thin layer of film, which enhances the coating ability of the paint. Has a high water vapor permeability. The porous structure allows the wall to breathe. Prevents premature drying of the paint. Helps to avoid colour heterogeneity when painting surfaces having different degrees of ink absorption. When working with surfaces that are highly absorbent and prone to dust, it is recommended to use Permolit Permobinder. When applying water-based paints on surfaces previously painted with solvent-based paint, a Permoset Dönüşüm Astarı transitional primer should be used.
