Aldar Properties is preparing to create the first residential complex, Saadiyat Reserve, in the heart of Saadiyat Island, an AED 722 million project that will provide 306 plots of land.
This project is the first of its kind that enables foreign investors to own lands, following the introduction of the new laws in April 2019, which enable foreigners to own land in the investment areas in Abu Dhabi.
“The Saadiyat Reserve has become one of the most sought-after areas in Abu Dhabi. As its the area that provides buyers with the benefit of Abu Dhabi’s prestigious lifestyle. The project aims to meet the growing demand and interest in land sales in Abu Dhabi.” Said Talal Al Dhiyebi, CEO of Aldar, Commenting on the launch of the project.
“We believe this project provides an exciting opportunity for potential buyers looking to own freehold land and design their own homes in the way they like, minutes away from some of the capital’s most inspiring cultural and educational attractions,” he added.
It is worth mentioning that the launch of the Saadiyat Reserve project follows the success of Aldar in launching three lands (Al Reiman, Al Reiman 2 and Leia), which achieved a huge sales amounting AED 2.4 billion, as a reference to the demand increasing on lands that supported by Infrastructure in Abu Dhabi.
providing plots with different sizes is one of the project features that allows the buyer to design the house appropriately. The Saadiyat Reserve will also provide a variety of amenities including centers, parks, schools, and mosques, as well as some shops.
“The Saadiyat Reserve will be developed with all high-quality amenities and will benefit from the extensive infrastructure work recently granted by the Abu Dhabi Government,” said Al Dhiyebi.
The project is scheduled to start in the first quarter of next year and will be delivered in mid-2022. Aldar offers a variety of payment plans with a down payment of 5%.
Last July, the Government of Abu Dhabi signed an AED 5 billion partnership with Aldar to work on social, economic and infrastructure projects across key emirate destinations. Therefore, Aldar has been selected to complete the remaining infrastructure work on Saadiyat Island with an amount of AED 2 billion.
