Qatar Alpha Beton Ready Mix (QAB) is the Ready Mix Concrete Manufacturing established in the year 2006. It has been serving the Qatari construction sector for the past 9 years. In a very short period, QAB has gained the trust of the market and has been recognized as one of the most progressive manufacturers and suppliers of innovative solutions in the ready mix concrete industry. As a result, QAB has become the preferred choice for regional and international experts.

QAB started its operation with one manufacturing station which consists of two batching plants in Salwa Industrial area, in Doha, Qatar. Due to its rapid growth and opportunities arising in the city, the company have expanded its operations to Lusail Industrial Area with two more batching plants, and since 2014, demand for concrete have increased in the Qatar market requiring the need for on-site production facilities where QAB has expanded to on-site project locations where it has deployed three batching plants to date totaling to 7 batching plants, all equipped with the most state-of-the-art and fully automated computerized batching system, ice plants and unique raw material cooling system. Fully equipped laboratories in accordance with QCS, BS and ASTM, carrying out comprehensive testing programs to assure that quality of all raw materials used by QAB comply with international standards and required specifications.

We are committed to implementing an effective Quality, Health, Safety, and Environment Management System. All our products apply to QGOSM and National Ready Mix Concrete Association (NRMCA) Standards. Since our establishment, we have poured more than 3 million m3 of concrete, supplied by a significant number of MAN transit mixers, concrete pumps with boom lengths ranging between 24m and 58m. All our operators are TUV certified and experienced in handling equipment.

Our preventive maintenance plan and operational efficiency ensure the maximum utilization of our plants' production capacity. We are also well equipped and capable of installing and managing mobile batching plants on-site to fulfill our client’s ready-mix requirements. Our 24/7 mobile workshop and technicians are another strength of the company.

We are specialized in producing and supplying a wide range of customized concrete products that includes standard concrete, high-performance concrete, self-consolidating concrete, and “green” concrete, special lightweight concrete, white concrete, foamed and lean concrete.
