5 new projects to be delivered in Abu Dhabi
The Abu Dhabi-based real estate company, Reportage Properties, said it will hand over five new projects in the next two to three years.
According to statements from Nasser Al Khamis, CEO of the company, these projects will introduce new housing units for the Abu Dhabi market, which will reach more than 1600 units. He also stressed the company’s commitment to delivering these projects on time.
- Oasis Residence 1
(Oasis Residence 1) is the first project that will be delivered during the first quarter of 2021. According to the company, the construction work, which is located in Masdar City, has been completed by 25% for the project that includes 612 apartments.
2. Oasis Residence 2
Oasis Residence 2 will be delivered during the second quarter of 2022, which aims to provide 300 units.
3- Gate project
The company is also preparing to hand over another project in Masdar City, the Gate project, which will provide up to 420 units. The project is scheduled to be implemented soon and will be delivered during the second quarter of 2022.
4. Loft 1&2 projects
As for the projects to be implemented in Al Raha Beach, the CEO of the company said that Loft 1 and Loft 2 projects are scheduled to be delivered during the first half of 2021. as Loft 1 will provide 164 units and Loft 2 will provide 110 apartments.
Furthermore, the company has announced that it is currently studying new investments projects in Abu Dhabi, as the company wants to develop new projects in Al Maryah Island, Al Reem Island and Yas Island.
